Booking Policy
Please read before booking. By securing an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our booking policy.
Public Holidays
A 20% surcharge applies to all services booked on public holidays.
After Hours
Appointments After-hours appointments incur a $20 fee and are subject to availability.
Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service and will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day of your appointment.
Service Changes
Changes to your booking, including removal of services, must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Changes made outside of this time frame will have the deposit applied to your updated booking
Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit for that service, as the time has been specifically reserved for you.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly via Instagram or email. Deposits are transferable with at least 48 hours notice and can only be applied when a new booking is made. Deposits will not be held for future use without a confirmed rebooking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
