Booking Policy

​Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit is required for each service booked. Deposit amounts vary per service and will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellations & Service Changes

If you choose not to proceed with a booked service at your appointment, or request to remove a service within 48 hours of your booking, the deposit for that service will be forfeited — as that time has been specifically reserved for you. To transfer your deposit to a new appointment, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

 

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled to avoid inconveniencing other clients, with the deposit forfeited.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations and reschedules can be made via Instagram DM, email, or through our website (within the allowed time frame).
