• The item is found to be damaged or faulty at the time of pickup

• You are given the wrong item (e.g. wrong scent or product)

Conditions:

• Items must be checked at pickup

• Products must remain unused, unburned, and in original condition

• We do not accept returns for any items that have been lit, used, or opened
